Dave Iles (North West Yorks Branch) has arranged the beer tasting event for Saturday 20 April, starting at 2 pm until about 5 pm. The cost of the event is £25 per head which is to be paid on the day. This will be at the George and Dragon Hudswell DL11 6BL.

The presentation and beer tasting will be run by David Dixon, who is the Tasting Panel Chair for CAMRA. He will be explaining the CAMRA system of classification of beers and the workings of the Tasting Panel. This will be a practical demonstration where we will be ‘encouraged’ to taste 5 beers and note the different styles in flavour (spittoons can be provided!)

Dave has agreed with Stuart the landlord to start at 2pm after the lunch service has finished. If anyone wants to eat beforehand you will need to arrange this with the pub and before the 2 pm start time. The food service is between 12 and 2 pm.
